Mogiana's Swiss Water Decaf has hints of caramel and milk chocolate. It is roasted as a medium roast and can be used for most extraction methods. No caffeine with the same great taste!
What is Swiss Water? In the decaffeination process, the green coffee beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The water contains the soluble natural components of the coffee beans which hold the elements of the flavour, so that, during the extraction of the caffeine the beans maintain their original components.

It’s decaf. What can you say? Like every other decaf it has that bitter edge to it which is lacking in the non decaf Mogiana which, by the way, is quite delicious. The decaf is drinkable and better 50/50 mix.
Decaf is often quite bitter and makes for a terrible espresso. This coffee surpasses my previous go to decaf and I will buy it again. Still a sharpness to it but much milder. I usually do half and half but a cup of this is quite fine.
