Finca Carrizal has a very special place in Ricardo’s heart as it was his first coffee farm. In 1986, at just 21 years old, he bought his own piece of land right next to his family’s farm. Here he has had the freedom and infrastructure to experiment using everything he’s learned over a lifetime in coffee. It’s a pleasure to have this piece of history among our offerings. Think Oh Henry bar — sticky peanuts, chocolate, and a touch of raisin sweetness make this coffee a real crowd-pleaser. A knock-out single origin espresso that’s great for drip, too.
