2% Jazz Coffee began as an outdoor kiosk in 1996, quickly becoming a fixture in the community, renowned for great coffee and character. After years battling the elements on the street, they decided to move indoors, opening a cafe mere feet from where the kiosk was parked for so long. In 2006, they began roasting beans, allowing for full control over their coffee program.

In 2012, the Roastery was established in the vibrant heart of the redeveloping Hudson district, continuing the longstanding 2% Jazz tradition of community involvement and local engagement. The company proudly plays a significant role in shaping the coffee industry in Victoria through innovation, education, and dedication. They're always excited to be involved in your next coffee experience
