Sometimes a coffee just isn't what you expected, but it can be a pleasant surprise... This coffee is one of those. When our head roaster Chris first tasted it, he thought it was something completely different — an African coffee, a whole world apart!

Like many Ethiopian and Kenyan coffees, this El Salvadoran coffee has a pleasantly light body and bright fruity acidity... think black tea paired with a delicate puff pastry filled with apple butter and raspberries. It's a perfect coffee to sip on the sun-drenched back porch.
