Roaster Central
After 10 years of experience in the coffee industry (culminating in numerous national and international awards, including Brewer’s Cup, Latte Art, Barista Champion, Cup Taster’s, and Coffee in Good Spirits), David Kim has launched his own roasting brand to further share his love of coffee. Here’s his personal note to fellow coffee-lovers:
“I’m so thrilled to share David Kim Coffee with you! My approach is a little less traditional, a little more original than what you might be used to, but I’m honoured that you’re here to share in the adventure and hope you enjoy my coffees as much as I’ve loved preparing them for you. I understand that coffee is incredibly complex and often confusing — most people know what kind of coffee they like, but it can be a challenge remembering the names of countries, producers or varietals that are constantly changing. My hope is to make things simple while still providing diversity.”
